Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer in Singapore to manage and monitor complex infrastructure environments across Windows and Linux. You will handle routine operations, on-call duties, and cross-team collaboration to ensure high reliability.

The role requires hands-on experience with server, storage, virtualization, and security technologies. You will participate in incident response, upgrade deployments, and documenting solutions while maintaining service-level objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience deploying and maintaining Server, Storage and Backup in Windows & Linux environments.
• Experience in administration of Microsoft Server, SQL Server, Reporting Services.
• Experience in administration of Virtualization environments (VMware and Hyper-V).
• Experience in administration of AD, RDS and System Troubleshooting.
• Experience in administration of Email System (Microsoft 365) and Troubleshooting.
• Experience in administration of End User Computing (EUC) and Troubleshooting.
• Experience in administration of networking / perimeter network security / WAN connectivity.
• Experience in Cyber Security such as discovering vulnerabilities and risk in the environment, monitoring network performance and ensuring hardware and software applications are updated.
