Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist in Singapore to plan, implement, monitor, and maintain complex IT environments.

You will manage hardware, software, networks, virtualization, and storage, ensuring services meet SLAs and security standards. You will perform root cause analysis, conduct preventive maintenance, and produce technical documentation while providing timely support. The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Unix/Linux, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to communicate technical concepts to different audiences.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure including VPN, firewalls, routers, and switches is an advantage.
• Experience with servers, storage systems (SAN/NAS), OS and network hardening, and patch management.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure services including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange/Mail, databases, and web/application servers.
• Knowledge of SQL, Java, C++, or JavaScript is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and fault resolution, while implementing preventive measures.
• Ensure operational systems meet contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine operational support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and project reports.
• Provide timely technical support and standby assistance when required.
