Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or related studies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules for IT engineers across on-site, outsourced, and in-house projects.
• Manage intern deployment schedules.
• Liaise with Sales and IT teams on after-sales support and service matters.
• Handle customer calls and enquiries with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Respond to emails and enquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain service item inventory.
• Maintain accurate records for billing purposes.
• Ensure service forms and system updates are completed accurately and on time.
• Support other ad hoc tasks and assignments as required by the Manager.
