COSL OIL-TECH (SINGAPORE) LTD. is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide Level 1 and 2 support for Windows desktops, laptops, and enterprise apps in Singapore.

You will install, configure and troubleshoot IT equipment, manage AD accounts, VPN and IP telephony, and maintain hardware and licences while coordinating with vendors. Additionally, you will monitor IT infrastructure including server rooms, network gear and CCTV, assist with cybersecurity assessments and incident investigations, and

Formación

• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Singaporean or Singapore PR may apply.
• Relevant IT support, system administration, or infrastructure operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and VPN.
• Good troubleshooting, communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Windows desktops and enterprise apps.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot IT equipment and meeting-room systems.
• Manage user accounts and access for AD, email, VPN and IP telephony.
• Maintain hardware, software licences and fixed-asset records.
• Support onboarding and coordinate with external vendors.
• Monitor server rooms, network gear, CCTV and other IT infrastructure.
• Assist with cybersecurity assessments and incident investigations.
• Record defects and coordinate corrective actions with facilities team.
• Track facilities issues and maintenance to completion.
