Job summary

Right Search Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable Technical Support and Service Operations professional to ensure the stability of mission-critical infrastructure. You will handle service requests, coordinate internal teams, and maintain documentation.

Requirements include 2–3 years in technical support, familiarity with ITIL processes, and the ability to work in a high-pressure, 24/7 environment with timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical support and service operations.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

• Assist and support service request, issues tracking and documentation.
• Assist in customer communication.
• Maintain all service documentation and records.
• Coordinate internal teams to fulfil customer service requests.
• Assist preventive maintenance (routine checks), firmware update and related maintenance activities as per contract frequency.
