Job summary

MTC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide daily IT support and manage hardware, software, and network issues. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where your knowledge of networking concepts and experience in troubleshooting will be essential.

This is a permanent role located in Sengkang with a salary range of $3000 to $3500, including benefits like 14 annual leave days and yearly company trips.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VPNs, switches, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Provided daily IT support and resolved hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
• Installed, configured, and maintained desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
• Managed servers, performed system updates, and monitored system health.
• Configured and supported network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, switches, and connectivity.
• Administered Microsoft 365, including user accounts, email setup, and access management.
• Coordinated with vendors for IT procurement, technical support, and issue resolution.
• Supported cybersecurity operations, including antivirus management, monitoring, and policy compliance.
• Maintained IT documentation, standard operating procedures, and asset inventories.
• Managed Active Directory (AD), including user account administration and file/folder permissions.
• Provided technical troubleshooting and user support to ensure system availability and performance.
• Liaise with vendors for IT-related support and services.

Requirements
