Job summary

MCI Career Services is seeking an IT Administrator to oversee our IT infrastructure, provide end-user support, and manage servers, security, and enterprise software. The role involves coordinating with departments to meet technology needs and ensuring data integrity.

The ideal candidate has IT qualifications with hands-on experience in ERP systems and Microsoft 365, plus ability to work with vendors and implement IT policies. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in IT with 3–5 years related work experience.
• Experience managing servers and firewalls; setup laptops for new hires; troubleshoot laptops.
• Experience in ERP systems or stock inventory (AutoCount ERP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the infrastructure in the organization.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware and software
• Manage external vendors in providing technical support to other departments and ensure the timely resolution of issues.
• Setup and manage firewall
• Manage Servers, Microsoft Office 365, Onedrive, Sharepoint for the Company
