Job summary

RIGLOBE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT support professional to help meet system needs. You will design and install computer hardware configurations while supporting Riglobe products such as POS, digital signage and CCTV.

You will install software, configure networks, and train staff and customers on the new systems. You will also troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues and respond to general IT requests.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and installing computer hardware configurations.
• Ability to install software and configure networking systems.
• Experience assisting support for product hardware and software.

Responsibilities
