Zusammenfassung

The Law Society of Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to deliver Level 1–2 support for end-user devices, apps, and infrastructure. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, user accounts, and access permissions while troubleshooting Windows environments and collaboration tools.

You will work on IT projects, cloud and cybersecurity initiatives, and collaborate with apps/infra vendors to ensure a seamless user experience for internal staff across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Win11, EntraID, Azure, Exchange, Teams, CRM and SharePoint.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with PCs, printers, networking equipment, and meeting room technologies.
• Corporate website administration.
• Exposure to VMware, SQL Server, Remote support apps will be a plus.
• Azure, CCNA and ITIL certification would be advantageous.
