Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks an IT support professional to deliver end-user support, maintain IT operations, and ensure reliable technology services.

You will provide onsite and remote assistance, troubleshoot desktop and peripheral issues, and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure AD services. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in IT infrastructure, experience with enterprise users, and familiarity with networking, VPNs, and cloud concepts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or operations.
• Experience supporting enterprise users in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID is a plus.
• Basic understanding of cloud, cybersecurity and networking is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Azure is an added advantage.
• Experience with AWS is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and networking concepts is an added advantage.
