Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic IT professional to join our team in Singapore. The role focuses on supporting the Urban Solutions & Sustainability directorate with research grant administration, knowledge management, and data processing.

Responsibilities include tracking compliance, utilizing AI tools to generate initial assessments, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with related administrative tasks for grants and projects.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and meticulous, comfortable with enterprise IT systems and supporting administrative tasks.
• Self-motivated, task-oriented, and independent.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in research grant administration and/or finance-related experience will be advantageous, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Track process compliance for funded programmes and on-time report submissions.
• Use LLM/AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to generate initial report assessments for further checks.
• Maintain the directorate filing system and ensure it is up-to-date.
• Assist with other administrative tasks related to research grant/research project administration as required.
