Qualifications

• Good university degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in data analytics, digital transformation, or grant management would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital products, automation, and AI-enabled applications to improve grant administration processes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support grant operations, governance, compliance monitoring, and management reporting.
• Evaluate and apply emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to address business needs and improve operational effectiveness.
• Analyse grant, programme, and research-related information to identify trends, generate insights on the outcomes and impact of research funding initiatives, and support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Develop communication materials and support stakeholder engagement, science communication, and outreach activities to showcase the value and impact of publicly funded research and innovation.
• Support organisational transformation, innovation, and other strategic projects undertaken by OGA.
