You will lead analysis activities, translate requirements into scalable specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders and developers to drive design, testing, and delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of IT BA experience, banking domain knowledge, and hands-on Agile practice. Strong Jira usage and test case development are a plus.
