Job summary

TRINITY CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst in Singapore to drive analysis, solution design, and testing across software projects. The ideal candidate will participate in Agile development cycles, engage stakeholders at all levels, and facilitate planning discussions and workshops.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant IT field with 4+ years of experience in IT business analysis, solution design, and testing.
• Experience in at least one full software/product development cycle (Agile preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage users at all levels and facilitate discussions
• Proactive, motivated, and inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to code and iterate during planning sessions and conduct workshops.
