• Experience identifying process improvements to reduce risk.
• Proficient in SQL for complex queries.
• Ability to model processes with flow diagrams.
• Experience preparing datasets for analysis and validation.
• UI/UX experience and ability to interpret user needs.
• Ability to define mock-ups in Figma.
• Proficient with MS Office and JIRA.

Job description

• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience as an IT business analyst supporting the development of enterprise-wide complex information systems within major organizations, in a banking environment.
• Hands-on experience of coordination between the business and IT teams and as primary functional support for development teams.
• Strong ability to interpret business needs and translate them into requirements.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle and software testing life cycle.
• Good project management skills.
• Experiencein writing test documents and performing functional tests.
• Risk awareness, ability to evaluate and predict risks and drawback of target solution.
• Identify and determine enhancements to improve business processes and to mitigate/reduce risks.
• Proficiency in SQL database queries (complex queries).
• Proficiency in flow diagram definition and design
• Ability to prepare a dataset for analysis and validation purposes.
• UI/UX experience
• Proficiency in mock-up definition with Figma
• Strong experience in working with Microsoft Office tools, JIRA.
• Banking sector domain knowledge.
