Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking, Core Banking, Payments, or Wealth Management.
• Solid understanding of banking operations, payment gateways, regulatory compliance, or digital banking workflows.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Visio/Draw.io, and basic SQL for data validation.

• UAT & Testing: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), create test scenarios, and validate final deliverables before launch.

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience: 3 –5 years as a Business Analyst in Banking, Core Banking, Payments, or Wealth Management.


• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of banking operations, payment gateways, regulatory compliance, or digital banking workflows.


• Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Visio/Draw.io, and basic SQL for data validation.


• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills to present ideas clearly to cross-functional teams.
