Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is hiring a capable Business Analyst to collate and manage all application details across a vertical, support daily BAU usage, and assist in impact assessment for projects. You will document project rationale, ensure data-flow alignment, and gather stakeholder requirements to drive thoughtful solutions.

The role emphasizes governance of design, long-term standardization, and thorough testing approaches, including UAT, with strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of business analysis experience in financial services or any industry.
• Willingness to be trained as part of the role.
• Experience in documenting data flows, design, solutions, and testing per templates.
• Experience in managing business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collate and manage all application details across the business verticals.

• Clarify project scope, assess changes, and support impact assessment.
• Document rationale for projects when no impact is identified.
• For projects with impact, ensure design aligns with data flow strategy.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and walkthrough with the team.
• Partner with the team to ensure scalable, frontline-config friendly solutions.
• Propose testing approaches and sign-off criteria to stakeholders.
• Lead UAT planning and management including timelines and testers.
• Create documentation on data flow, design, business solutions and testing per templates.

Responsibilities

• Collate and manage all the details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical- information could span from details of systems interfacing, content of the various data being posted, data held within the application etc.
• Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.
• Clear understanding the scope of the project, the changes associated and support the Project Manager in impact assessment.
• Clearly document the rationale for projects where no impact is assessed.
• For project where there is an impact, play a governance role in ensuring that the design (in terms of the level of information required from source to core processing is aligned with the strategic data flow strategy.
• Collate and rationalise all stakeholders' requirements and walkthrough these requirements with team
• Actively partnering with the team in the solutioning process to ensure that the business solutions being implemented are thought through from a long term, standardization, design for no operations, front-end configuration perspective.
• Assess and propose appropriate testing approach and sign off criteria to stakeholders and get concurrence.
• Overall UAT management in terms of UAT timeline, and managing the testers
• Prepare proper documentation on the data flow, design, business solutioning and testing approach in accordance with predefined template.
