About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on and solutions-driven IT (Assistant) Manager to support and strengthen ICT operations and drive The Lodge’s digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
ICT Operations & Infrastructure
- Support or oversee ICT operations including infrastructure, hardware, applications, networks, cybersecurity, end-user support and vendor coordination.
- Ensure high system availability, performance, resilience and proper asset/lifecycle management.
- Support and strengthen cybersecurity measures, PDPA compliance, disaster recovery and business continuity readiness.
- Perform system-related administrative activities such as user access management, folder management and documentation.
Digitalization & Projects
- Drive and support the implementation of the Lodge’s Digitalization Strategic Plan (DSP).
- Assist in managing ICT and digitalization projects, which includes guiding users to provide requirements gathering, vendor management, testing and rollout.
- Review and streamline workflows, processes and data structures to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Provide data or facilitate extraction of data to support decision making.
Governance & Grants
- Support ICT governance documentation, audit requirements and compliance standards.
- Assist with identifying and applying for relevant technology grants.
Team & Vendor Collaboration
- Coordinate with vendors proactively to uphold service standards.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer within ICT Team and ongoing improvement of digital fluency for all staff.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of ICT experience, including experience in infrastructure, applications or cybersecurity and readiness to take on broader responsibilities.
- Hands-on, resourceful and able to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently.
- Strong ability to identify, extract user needs and translate into technical specifications.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of PDPA, cybersecurity practices and ICT governance.
- Experience in IT projects project management, digitalisation initiatives, data management, UX/UI design is an advantage.
