Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS or related discipline; professional certs considered.
• 2+ years in IT support, systems administration, project coordination, or event tech.

Aufgaben

• Provide frontline support for business apps, systems, and cloud platforms.
• Coordinate IT initiatives, assets, and day-to-day operations.
• Support technology setup for events and liaise with AV teams.
• Assist vendors and stakeholders and manage change requests.
• Maintain records of IT equipment, licenses, and assets.
• Support UAT, training, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
