Job summary

Voodoo is seeking an IT Administrator - AI & Cybersecurity to join the Corporate team. You will own IT operations, cybersecurity and AI platform administration, reporting to the IT Manager. Manage Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf/Intune, and AI platforms across multiple entities.

You will implement security hardening, OAuth governance and ZTNA initiatives while coordinating with SOC/SIEM. English fluency is required; French a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT administration, infrastructure or security in a fast-moving, multi-geography environment.
• Hands-on IdP administration (Okta preferred) and enterprise-scale Google Workspace.
• Strong MDM experience across macOS/Windows (Jamf/Intune).
• Security-focused: IAM hardening, SaaS security posture, OAuth risk, incident response.

Responsibilities

• Administer core SaaS stack (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, GitHub Enterprise Cloud).
• Own MDM across macOS, iOS and Windows: enrolment, baselines, patching, encryption.
• Act as L2/L3 escalation for endpoint/identity/SaaS incidents.
• Automate tasks via scripting, APIs, and AI agents where value is added.
• Drive identity hardening roadmap and MFA strategies; manage OAuth governance.
• Contribute to ZTNA rollout and geo-based access controls in collaboration with SOC/SIEM.
• Admin AI platforms (Claude, Gemini, Vertex AI, OpenAI): tenants, licenses, analytics.
• Govern AI usage: rules, data classification, DLP, logging; detect shadow AI.
• Communicate security trade-offs to executives and developers.
