DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Operations & Infrastructure Engineer to manage and strengthen its IT infrastructure, networks, endpoints, cloud platforms, and identity management in Singapore.

This hands-on role offers exposure to security, automation and infrastructure improvement. You will support day-to-day IT operations, optimise office networks, administer IAM, monitor cloud platforms and lead automation initiatives to enhance reliability and security across the tech

Competenze

• Solid experience in enterprise IT/operations.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking (Wi-Fi, firewalls, switches, routers).
• Experience with Windows, macOS and MDM platforms.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, device access control and DLP.
• Experience with Google Workspace, SaaS apps, SSO and MFA.

About the Role

Our client is a well-funded technology company operating at the intersection of AI and enterprise software, with a growing presence across Asia. They are looking for an experienced IT Operations & Infrastructure Engineer to manage and strengthen their IT infrastructure, networks, endpoints, cloud platforms and identity management. This is a hands‑on role with strong exposure to security, automation and infrastructure improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support, managing enterprise applications, equipment and IT assets
• Manage and optimise office networks, including Wi‑Fi, firewalls, switches, routers and network segmentation
• Manage MDM and endpoint security, including device enrolment, configuration, applications, encryption and security policies
• Administer identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, onboarding/offboarding and access reviews
• Support IT security, data protection, compliance and internal controls
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud platforms, business systems and Linux servers
• Support CI/CD, GitOps and infrastructure automation to improve operational efficiency and reliability
• Drive IT process improvements and contribute to a secure, scalable technical environment

Requirements

• Solid experience in enterprise IT / systems operations, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise networking, including Wi‑Fi, firewalls, switches, routers and network segmentation
• Experience with Windows, macOS and MDM platforms
• Knowledge of endpoint security, device access control and DLP
• Experience with Google Workspace, SaaS applications, SSO and MFA
• Working knowledge of Linux, Docker/Kubernetes, virtualisation and at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Git workflows
• Scripting/automation skills using Shell, Python or similar are a plus
• Experience with production cloud operations, Terraform/IaC, SOC 2 or ISO 27001 is a plus
