Doodle Labs is seeking an IT Administrator to own the day‑to‑day IT experience for the Singapore team and support global tasks. You will manage user accounts, licenses, devices, and AV for the office, while driving AI and automation adoption across cloud tools.

The role emphasizes strong Microsoft 365 administration, practical networking, scripting knowledge, and the ability to keep IT operations smooth for a growing, global tech company.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years in IT administration or hands‑on IT role.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills across Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and Intune.
• Practical office networking: Wi‑Fi, switches, firewalls and VPNs.
• Experience buying, deploying and supporting laptops and office equipment with vendors and warranty claims.
• Organised admin work: invoices, renewals, asset records; detail oriented.
• Comfort with scripting or automation (PowerShell or Python) to remove repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day IT experience for Singapore team and global IT tasks.
• Provision/deprovision users, manage licenses, mailboxes, groups and drives.
• Onboarding/offboarding end to end; manage Entra ID MFA and conditional access.
• Lifecycle ownership of laptops, monitors, phones, peripherals; asset registry.
• Manage device enrolment via Intune; set up conference rooms and AV equipment.
• Oversee SaaS vendors, subscriptions, renewals and licensing; liaise with Finance.
