IT Operations & Infrastructure Engineer
to manage and strengthen their day-to-day IT environment — spanning office networks, endpoint security, cloud infrastructure, and business systems. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily IT support for employees, including office equipment, enterprise applications, and IT asset lifecycle management
- Deploy, maintain, and optimise office network infrastructure — including wireless access points, firewalls, switches, and routers — and implementnetwork segmentationand access controls across employee, guest, and device-specific networks
- Administer endpoint devices viaMDM platforms, covering device enrolment, configuration, application distribution, security policy enforcement, compliance monitoring, and offboarding
- Strengthen endpoint and network security through disk encryption, malware protection, application controls, and data loss prevention measures, while improving identity verification and employee security awareness
- Manage enterprise accounts and access permissions, including onboarding, role changes, offboarding workflows, periodic access reviews, and support for IT internal controls and audits
- Participate in day-to-day operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting across cloud platforms, business systems, and Linux servers
- Contribute toCI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and operational automation initiatives to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise IT or systems operations, with the ability to independently resolve issues and drive process improvements
- Familiarity with configuring and optimising enterprise networking equipment (e.g. wireless access points, firewalls, switches, routers) and the ability to troubleshoot coverage, interference, roaming, and performance issues
- Hands-on experience with macOS, Windows, andMDM solutions, including device configuration, application distribution, security policy deployment, and endpoint troubleshooting
- Understanding of endpoint protection principles including device admission control, network segmentation, and data loss prevention, with experience implementing relevant tools or policies
- Familiarity with identity and access management in platforms such as Google Workspace and common enterprise SaaS applications, including SSO, MFA, and account lifecycle management
- Working knowledge of Linux system administration, virtualisation and containerisation technologies (e.g. KVM, Docker, Kubernetes), and at least one majorcloud platform(AWS, Azure, or GCP), with basic understanding of Git and CI/CD workflows
- Experience with scripting and automation using Shell, Python, or similar languages (is a bonus)
- Hands-on experience with production cloud operations, Terraform, or compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 (is a bonus)
