Job summary

Doodle Labs is seeking an IT Administrator to own the day-to-day IT experience for our Singapore team, acting as the single point of contact for device, account, and software issues. This role focuses ~80% on the Singapore office with ~20% on global IT tasks shared with colleagues in the United States and Europe.

You will manage Microsoft 365 accounts, Entra ID, Intune, and licensing, while maintaining hardware lifecycle, asset registers, and vendor subscriptions.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft 365 administrator skills, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and licensing.
• Experience with scripting to automate tasks (PowerShell or Python).
• Excellent organizational skills for managing licenses, assets, renewals, and supplier work.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts across Microsoft 365 and other tools, onboarding and offboarding end-to-end.
• Own hardware lifecycle for Singapore team: laptops, monitors, phones, peripherals; maintain asset register.
• Handle software vendors and subscriptions, renewals, invoicing, and licensing compliance; liaise with Finance.
