Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Operations & Infrastructure Engineer for a fast-growing AI technology company leading in intelligent agents. You will manage day-to-day IT environments, from office networks to cloud infrastructure, applying DevOps practices and automation.

You will strengthen security, manage endpoints, IAM, and CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with global teams to build reliable, scalable IT foundations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise IT or systems operations and driving process improvements.
• Configuring and optimising enterprise networking equipment and troubleshooting performance.
• Hands-on with macOS, Windows and MDM solutions for device management and security.
• Understanding endpoint protection, data loss prevention, and device access controls.
• IAM in Google Workspace and SaaS apps with SSO and MFA, lifecycle management.
• Linux administration with virtualization and containerisation (KVM, Docker, Kubernetes) and at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Scripting/automation with Shell or Python is a bonus.
• Experience with production cloud operations and Terraform; familiarity with SOC 2/ISO 27001 is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT support for employees and IT asset lifecycle management.
• Deploy and optimise office network infrastructure with segmentation and access controls.
• Administer endpoints via MDM including enrolment, configuration, and security policy enforcement.
• Strengthen endpoint and network security and improve identity verification and security awareness.
• Manage enterprise accounts and access permissions, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and audits.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud platforms, business systems, and Linux servers; contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and automation initiatives to improve deployment and reliability.

IT Operations & Infrastructure Engineer

to manage and strengthen their day-to-day IT environment — spanning office networks, endpoint security, cloud infrastructure, and business systems. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT support for employees, including office equipment, enterprise applications, and IT asset lifecycle management
• Deploy, maintain, and optimise office network infrastructure — including wireless access points, firewalls, switches, and routers — and implementnetwork segmentationand access controls across employee, guest, and device-specific networks
  
• Administer endpoint devices viaMDM platforms, covering device enrolment, configuration, application distribution, security policy enforcement, compliance monitoring, and offboarding
  
• Strengthen endpoint and network security through disk encryption, malware protection, application controls, and data loss prevention measures, while improving identity verification and employee security awareness
  
• Manage enterprise accounts and access permissions, including onboarding, role changes, offboarding workflows, periodic access reviews, and support for IT internal controls and audits
• Participate in day-to-day operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting across cloud platforms, business systems, and Linux servers
  
• Contribute toCI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and operational automation initiatives to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise IT or systems operations, with the ability to independently resolve issues and drive process improvements
• Familiarity with configuring and optimising enterprise networking equipment (e.g. wireless access points, firewalls, switches, routers) and the ability to troubleshoot coverage, interference, roaming, and performance issues
• Hands-on experience with macOS, Windows, andMDM solutions, including device configuration, application distribution, security policy deployment, and endpoint troubleshooting
  
• Understanding of endpoint protection principles including device admission control, network segmentation, and data loss prevention, with experience implementing relevant tools or policies
• Familiarity with identity and access management in platforms such as Google Workspace and common enterprise SaaS applications, including SSO, MFA, and account lifecycle management
  
• Working knowledge of Linux system administration, virtualisation and containerisation technologies (e.g. KVM, Docker, Kubernetes), and at least one majorcloud platform(AWS, Azure, or GCP), with basic understanding of Git and CI/CD workflows
  
• Experience with scripting and automation using Shell, Python, or similar languages (is a bonus)
• Hands-on experience with production cloud operations, Terraform, or compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 (is a bonus)
