Job summary

Expertise Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Admin Executive (Mobile Application Support) on a 3 months contract to support our outsourced digital programme. You will handle admin and coordination tasks across marketing, product support, and data tracking.

The role requires a diploma or above with 1–2 years in business admin/IT, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, Java, Swift, Kotlin, MSSQL, C#, VB, Python or PHP. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with web and programming languages is an advantage.
• Strong communication and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with marketing to prepare briefs, gather inputs, and liaise with internal SMEs.
• Manage digital programme content, track pipelines, and meet deadlines.
• Update FAQs, monitor customer queries, and provide insights for improvements.
• Test features, review UATs, and provide basic tech support.
• Track participant data in Excel and support data cleansing and analysis.
