Job summary

SUCCESS RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our existing business clients.

You will focus on building long-term client partnerships and coordinating IT solutions from the office. You will work with customers, our technical team, vendors and distributors to ensure quotations, proposals, renewals and orders are handled accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT or related field.
• Experience in account management, sales coordination, customer service or B2B sales preferred.
• Experience in IT, computer hardware/software, data recovery or technology industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with business clients.
• Good follow-up, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing business accounts as the main contact.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide IT, data recovery solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, renewals and sales orders.
• Liaise with vendors and distributors for pricing and availability.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions and accurate records of activity.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities within accounts.
• Support sales administration and coordination as needed.
