• 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales, account management or related field is an advantage.

As an Account Manager, you will manage and develop customer accounts, support business growth, and work closely with internal teams to deliver a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and working towards sales targets.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and explore suitable sales opportunities.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide customers with ongoing support, information and guidance.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and weekly movement reports.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales revenue and gross profit targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience insales, account management or a related field would be an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good interpersonal ability.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet agreed timelines.
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Creative, resourceful and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Tech-savvy and able to keep up with relevant market trends and innovations.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills would be an advantage.
