Job summary

A global technology firm based in Singapore is seeking an ISO Compliance Specialist to maintain ISO documentation and assist with audits. The successful candidate will have relevant ISO certifications and at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills are essential. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ industrial experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with internal audit and ISO implementation experiences.
• Experience in IT related industry would be advantageous.
• Experience on managing Singapore government portal like GeBiz, Corp Pass.

Job description

• Maintain and update online library of documents and records on ISO 9001, ISO 27001, 14001, and PDPA policies for Singapore businesses.
• Assist to develop, implement and review policies and procedures for standardisation and compliance to standards
• Ensure quality management system (QMS) and information security management system (ISMS) meets business and certification needs through setting up review mechanism to highlight to management team critical concerns of quality management system
• Ensure proper documentation control & distribution, system compliance & preparations for Management Review
• Assist in internal and external audits. Ensure readiness of all sectors for both 3rd party certification body and customer audits
• Manage internal and external corrective action reports (CAR)
• Coordinate with certification bodies on audit arrangement, including sample collection quantity and subsequent off-site testing
• Work with consultants and internal customers to achieve and maintain certification i.e. ISO 9001; ISO27001, 14001, DPTM, etc.
• Coordinate resources and attend to businesses audit request
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Regional ISO Compliance Manager or Head of MIS

Requirements

• Relevant certifications on ISO9K, ISO27K, 14001 and PDPA in order to assist Regional ISO Compliance Manager and lead the company towards certifications.
• Minimum 2 years’ industrial experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with internal audit and ISO implementation experiences.
• Experience in IT related industry would be advantageous
• Good analytical, reporting and presentation skills
• Able to handle cross-department communication effectively
• Experience on managing Singapore government portal like GeBiz, Corp Pass etc would be an advantage.
