Job summary

Racer Technology Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead QMS, ensure ISO compliance, and drive continuous improvement across all factories (Singapore, Senai & Batam).

You will oversee supplier quality, manage internal and external audits, and collaborate with site Quality Managers to maintain top quality across injection molding, printing, spraying, sub-assembly, and electronics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality managerial position.
• Manufacturing experience with understanding of processes injection molding, printing & spraying, sub-assembly, electronics, etc.
• Superior written, oral & interpersonal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Six-sigma.
• Good knowledge of quality tools (APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, PPAP & 8D Methodology, etc.)
• Ability to perform internal auditing relates to ISO system requirements.

Responsibilities

• At least 5 years in Quality managerial position.
