A leading human resource company in Singapore is looking for an operations manager to oversee the administration and performance of a facilities cluster. The role includes managing up to 10 staff, dealing with subcontractor works, and ensuring KPIs are met. Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 7 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance. This permanent role requires after-hours work as needed. A competitive salary range of $4,000 to $4,500 is offered.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the Facilities Maintenance industry.
• Experience in people management is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Overall in charge of the entire operations and performance of the cluster.
• Manage up to 10 staff under your reporting strength.
• In charge of managing all subcontractor works.
• Overall management of KPIs, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Attend and follow up on customer meetings.
