Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a facilities management professional to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of buildings across islandwide locations.

The role involves coordinating maintenance, liaising with contractors, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in FM or Engineering, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, and preferred Fire Safety Manager and GMAP/GMFM certifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Fire Safety Manager certification and GMAP/GMFM certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the building and facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance, repair, and servicing works for building systems and equipment.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and repair works.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities, equipment, and common areas are in good condition.
• Monitor building safety, cleanliness, and security requirements.
• Handle maintenance requests and follow up on issues until they are resolved.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, service reports, and related documentation.
• Assist in managing maintenance schedules, budgets, and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, building regulations, and company policies.
• Support improvement projects and other facilities-related duties as required.
