Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Building Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities operations on-site in Kallang.

This role requires a Diploma or Degree with several years of facilities management experience and proven leadership. The position offers a 2-year renewable contract with benefits, a salary of SGD 5,000 to SGD 6,000 plus HP allowances, and a 5-day workweek from Monday to Friday 8am–6pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 5+ years of relevant facilities management experience or a Degree with 3+ years in related fields.
• Experience in build environment and facilities operations is required.
• Must have managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as an authorized representative of the Facilities Management Manager (FMM).
• Station on-site to oversee day-to-day planning, management and operations of facilities management works and services.
• Present during performance auditing and assist with past inspection performance auditing.
• Responsible for the performance of the Facilities Management Manager Services of the building(s) assigned and related issues.
• Supervise and lead the operations team in managing the overall operation, maintenance and upkeep of the property and facilities.
• Manage building’s facilities including assets enhancement, supervision of contractors, liaison with clients and facilities operation.
• Attend to feedback and service requests from clients and liaise with contractors on all maintenance matters.
• Compile, collate and analyze operational data and reports for continuous improvement.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
