Job summary

HARTING Technology Group in Singapore seeks a Technical Application Consultant to advise customers and sales teams on application requirements, develop value-added solutions, and resolve technical challenges. You will combine technical consulting, solution development, and market development activities to support sustainable growth and strengthen our market position.

The role emphasizes understanding customer needs, delivering tailored technical solutions, and coordinating with Headquarters,

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in application engineering or technical sales support.
Strong understanding of industrial connectivity, automation, or related markets.
Experience with CRM, digital configurators and online support platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 for documentation, presentations, and collaboration.
Ability to rapidly develop deep product expertise and translate it into customer value.
Excellent English communication, written and verbal, across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Provide technical consulting and develop customer-focused solutions.
Engage directly with customers to understand applications and business challenges.
Collaborate with Headquarters, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales.
Lead technical issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
Deliver trainings, product presentations, and workshops.
