Job summary

State Street Corp is seeking a Registration Services Officer in Singapore to prepare, review and signoff trade packages with precision, and resolve related queries. You will support onboarding, conversions and client change activities, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund administration and related trade documentation is preferred.
• Knowledge of Fund of Funds trading documents (subscription, redemption, transfers) is a plus.
• KYC/AML experience for funds is desirable.
• Minimum 3+ years of fund product knowledge and exposure to fund operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and signoff trade packages to precise standards.
• Resolve trade package queries, audits and ad hoc financial reports.
• Support onboarding, conversions and client change activities for successful implementation.
• Assist in client meetings and presentations; manage client inquiries.
• Monitor, process and review transaction posting and investment ID tagging.
• Track outstanding queries and issues and escalate as needed; ensure timely management.
