Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in an investment operations or financial services support role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy in handling data and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a lean team environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with external counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Support performance reporting across portfolios and maintain data records.
• Maintain organised repository of investment documentation and track key terms.
• Monitor portfolio compliance against guidelines and maintain logs.
• Prepare materials for internal governance reviews and audits.
• Monitor liquidity and coordinate cash movement instructions.
• Reconcile portfolio valuations and transaction records with custodians.
• Track and follow up on trade settlement status and queries.
• Liaise with fund managers, custodians, and service providers on operations.
• Assist in onboarding and implementation of portfolio management systems.
• Provide general administrative support including calendars, travel, and meeting logistics.
