Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment operations, fund administration, custody operations, or a related function.
• Familiarity with investment instruments such as fixed income and offshore institutional funds.
• Experience with custodian and fund administrator reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of investment management agreements and subscription documentation is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a lean team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review periodic performance reports across portfolios.
• Perform portfolio valuation reconciliation against custodian and fund records.
• Support end-to-end settlement, confirmations, and trade matching.
• Coordinate cash movements to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with fund managers, custodians, and trustees.
• Monitor portfolio compliance with investment guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in reviewing and organizing legal and counterparty documentation.
• Support governance, process improvement, and internal audit activities.
