Job summary

TORRAS Singapore is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily stock receipt, storage and records for our local inventory and e-commerce operations. You will maintain SKU accuracy, perform regular stock counts and coordinate with the fulfilment team on orders.

The role requires basic English communication and familiarity with inventory systems; Mandarin is a plus for liaising with China HQ. Location is Jurong East, Singapore, full-time, salary competitive based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, warehousing or e-commerce preferred.
• Familiar with Shopee/TikTok Shop operations advantageous.
• Able to handle physical stock and warehouse duties.
• Basic English communication skills; Mandarin a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily stock receiving, storage and stock-out records
• Maintain accurate inventory records and SKU quantities

• Able to handle physical stock and warehouse-related duties

• 负责每日商品入库、出库及库存登记

• 定期进行库存盘点，及时发现并处理库存差异
• 监控库存水平，对低库存、缺货商品及时预警
• 协调 TikTok Shop、Shopee 及其他销售渠道库存
• 负责仓库商品分类、SKU 整理、标签及库位管理
• 管理客户退换货商品，并及时更新库存状态
• 与客服及履约人员配合，确保每日订单顺利完成
• 协助中国总部到货、收货、清点及补货工作
• 制作每日/每周库存报表
• 保持仓库整洁、有序，提高仓储及拣货效率

任职要求

• 新加坡公民或 PR 优先
• 工作认真、细心，有较强责任心
• 对数字及库存数量敏感
• 能够使用 Excel / Google Sheets 等基础办公软件
• 具备基本英文沟通能力；会中文优先，便于与中国总部沟通
• 有库存管理、仓储或电商相关经验者优先
• 能够完成日常货物整理、盘点等仓库工作
• 熟悉 Shopee / TikTok Shop 后台者优先
