HAID BIOTECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Storekeeper to join our new startup team in Singapore.

The role oversees end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all processes. Core duties include receiving management, inventory and shipping coordination, and precise data maintenance in the warehouse management system. Forklift certification is required, with daily loading/unloading tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift certificate and handle loading/unloading containers daily.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice.
• Familiar with warehouse processes and proficient in using WMS and office software.
• Singaporean PR or citizen preferred.
• Mandarin language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving Management: verify inbound goods against documents; supervise loading/unloading to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Inventory & Shipping Management: apply FIFO, manage storage locations, perform daily counts, coordinate logistics, and process shipping documents.
• System Operation & Data Maintenance: timely data entry of inbound/outbound/transfer transactions; generate inventory reports.

The ideal candidate will be overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all processes.

仓库管理员 Warehouse Storekeeper

一、核心职责 Core Responsibilities

1. 收货管理 Receiving Management

   • 核对到货数量、包装与单据，执行抽样检查，监督装卸作业，确保货物准确、安全入库。

   • Verify incoming goods against documents for quantity and packaging; conduct sampling checks; supervise loading/unloading to ensure accurate and safe warehousing.

2. 库存与发货管理 Inventory & Shipping Management

   • 执行先进先出原则，管理仓库储位与日常盘点，确保账、物一致。

   • Implement FIFO principle, manage storage locations and conduct daily counts to ensure system and physical stock alignment.

   • 根据销售订单准确备货，监督装车，协调物流，完成发货单据处理。

   • Pick and prepare finished goods accurately per sales orders; supervise loading; coordinate logistics; complete shipping documentation.

3. 系统操作与数据维护 System Operation & Data Maintenance

   • 及时准确在系统中录入所有出入库、调拨数据，生成相关库存报表。

   • Accurately and promptly record all inbound, outbound, and transfer transactions in the system; generate relevant inventory reports.

二、主要要求 Key Requirements

• 必须有叉车证，需要每天装卸货柜。

• Must have forklift cert and need loading and unloading the container daily.

• 1年以上仓库工作经验。

• with 1+ years of warehouse experience.

• 可以马上工作者优先

• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period

• 熟悉仓库流程，能熟练操作仓库管理系统及办公软件。

• Familiar with warehouse procedures, proficient in using WMS and office software.
