Job summary

TORRAS Singapore is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily stock receipt, storage and records for our local inventory and e-commerce operations. You will maintain SKU accuracy, perform regular stock counts and coordinate with the fulfilment team on orders.

The role requires basic English communication and familiarity with inventory systems; Mandarin is a plus for liaising with China HQ. Location is Jurong East, Singapore, full-time, salary competitive based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, warehousing or e-commerce preferred.
• Familiar with Shopee/TikTok Shop operations advantageous.
• Able to handle physical stock and warehouse duties.
• Basic English communication skills; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily stock receiving, storage and stock-out records.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and SKU quantities.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and identify low-stock / out-of-stock items.
• Coordinate inventory for TikTok Shop, Shopee and other sales channels.
• Organise warehouse products by SKU and maintain proper labelling.
• Process returned/exchanged products and update inventory accordingly.
• Coordinate with the fulfilment team on daily order requirements.
• Assist with incoming shipments and stock replenishment.
• Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports.
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient warehouse environment.
