Job summary

Vanguard Recruitment PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Logistics Manager at their flagship logistics centre.

You will build inventory systems with real-time WMS visibility and integrate with e-commerce fulfilment across multiple brands and regions. The role emphasizes moving from fire-fighting to repeatable, audit-ready processes and achieving high inventory accuracy. The position requires hands-on WMS knowledge, leadership of 5+ staff, and a strong command of Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse/inventory management or logistics operations.
• Hands-on WMS experience (receiving, putaway, cycle counts, adjustments).
• Proven track record maintaining 99%+ inventory accuracy.
• Experience leading warehouse teams (5+ staff).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Comfortable working on the warehouse floor (Tuas location).

Job description

You’ll be joining a large organisation of companies at their flagship logistics centre as a Logistics Manager , a technology-driven 3PL and e-commerce fulfilment hub that’s processed 13M+ items for 150+ brands across 220 countries. You're building inventory systems that scale across a portfolio of e-commerce, 3PL, and fulfilment companies, with real-time WMS visibility, marketplace integrations (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify).

Requirements:

Compensation:

$3,600-$4,200+ per month (based on experience)
