Job summary

SLB in Singapore is seeking an Inventory Planner to manage inventory planning and replenishment to ensure optimal stock availability. You will maintain ERP master data accuracy, monitor stock levels, analyze trends, and support procurement and material planning.

You will generate reports, monitor KPIs, resolve discrepancies, and support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory planning and replenishment activities to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of ERP master data and inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels, analyze inventory trends, and support inventory optimization initiatives.
• Support procurement and material planning activities, including requisitions, order tracking, and replenishment.
• Generate and analyze operational reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to support business decisions.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, supply chain issues, and replenishment exceptions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and warehouses to ensure smooth operations.
• Support new product launches, system enhancements, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain visibility of material requests and provide timely updates on inventory and order status.
• Provide cross-functional support and handle ad hoc operational requests as required.
