Job summary

Sephora Asia Pte Ltd. is seeking a Regional Assistant Manager, Negotiation Team to strengthen capabilities in Demand Planning and inventory optimization across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

You will lead RTV negotiations, coordinate with regional planning, and drive inventories toward healthier stock levels across SEA. The role requires 5+ years in Planning or Supply Chain, strong analytical and communication skills, and advanced Excel/VBA/Power BI usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Planning or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA, Power BI, and SAP experience are advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, organised, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Demonstrates ownership, initiative, continuous improvement, and a client-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review Inventory holdings (active, excess, discontinued stocks) across SEA to identify return opportunities for unhealthy stocks.
• Collaborate with Regional Planning Team to align on return proposals and formulate joint inventory reduction plans (including markdown operations and vendor returns).
• Lead Return to Vendor (RTV) negotiations with external brand partners to finalize returns agreements and/or action plans.
• Partner with Local Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure seamless and timely physical execution of finalized returns.
• Deliver comprehensive reporting and analysis on the status of RTV operations across the SEA region.
