The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Stores Operations & Inventory Coordinator in Loyang, Singapore. The role provides admin and operations support for stores, inventory, consignment and production-related activities to ensure accurate records and timely processing.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain stock accuracy, coordinate with suppliers, and improve processes. This full-time position is based on-site with a five-day work week.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in admin, operations, procurement or warehouse admin.
• Experience in procurement and supplier coordination is preferred.
• Experience with invoicing or transactional processes is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory systems.

Responsabilités

• Process GRNs, delivery orders and related stores documents.
• Monitor inventories and reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate consignment inventory and replenishment needs.
• Raise kitting forms and liaise with Production for materials.
• Procure stores, warehouse supplies and coordinate supplier quotes.
• Maintain accurate records and data in the systems.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Sales and Finance.
