Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Store & Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory, purchasing and stores-related processes at Loyang. The role requires coordinating with Production, Warehouse, Sales and Finance to ensure accuracy and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include processing documents, monitoring stock, consignment administration, and supplier coordination. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in administration, operations, procurement, warehouse administration or related field.
• Procurement and supplier coordination experience.
• Invoicing/billing or related transactional processes experience advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process GRNs, picklists, Delivery Orders, certificates and other stores-related documentation.
• Assist with inventory monitoring, stock reconciliation and investigation of discrepancies.
• Monitor consignment inventory usage and coordinate replenishment requirements.
• Prepare consignment proforma invoices, verify usage reports and process related sales orders and documentation.
• Raise kitting forms and coordinate with Stores and Production.
• Coordinate the purchase of stores, warehouse and operational supplies; obtain quotations.
• Maintain purchasing and supplier documentation.
• Ensure timely data entry and system updates; process credit notes and inventory transactions.
• Coordinate stores and inventory matters with Production, Warehouse, Sales and Finance; follow up on outstanding matters.
