Job summary

Di Yi TCM PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to oversee stock levels across outlets and the warehouse in Singapore. You will conduct regular stock checks, audits, and FEFO compliance while coordinating transfers and promotional activities with marketing and operations teams.

The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in Excel/Sheets, and the ability to work across multiple locations, ensuring accurate records and reducing inventory losses.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of inventory control and stock management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Able to analyse inventory data and identify discrepancies or trends.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits across all company outlets and warehouse.
• Perform stock counts and investigate discrepancies between physical stock and inventory records.
• Monitor stock movement, inventory levels, stock aging and stock turnover.
• Identify slow-moving, aging and near-expiry products and recommend appropriate actions.
• Coordinate stock transfers between outlets to optimise inventory levels and reduce excess stock.
• Ensure FEFO procedures are consistently followed.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns to clear slow-moving, aging and near-expiry inventory.
• Work closely with Marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Liaise with Operations, Warehouse and Outlet Managers regarding inventory requirements.
