Job summary

TEAMLINK MARKETING PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Inventory & Supply Chain Coordinator to manage replenishment and stock movements across stores and warehouses. You will analyze sell-through, maintain the merchandise plan, and coordinate with warehouses, stores and suppliers to ensure timely POs, stock transfers, and accurate ERP/ POS data.

The role emphasizes detail, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership potential to drive smooth operations in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, merchandising or supply chain within retail or distribution.
• Confident in an ERP/POS system and with stock-movement tracking.
• Analytical — able to turn sell-through and stock data into replenishment and clearance decisions.
• Detail-oriented with PO/invoice checking and documentation.
• Strong coordinator — across warehouse, stores and suppliers/forwarders; calm day-to-day contact for the pod.
• Leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Replenishment and stock movement across stores and warehouses.
• Coordinate stock counts, reconciliations and QC.
• Monitor sell-through and plan clearance actions.
• Maintain merchandise plan and promotional calendars.
• Record POs, shipments, and ensure PO accuracy; manage GRNs in ERP.
• Create and maintain product master data in POS/ERP.
• Produce weekly and monthly inventory and sales reporting.
• Support in-store events and promotions.
