Job summary

StaffkingPte Ltd is seeking a motivated candidate for a Merchandising, Inventory and E-commerce role in Singapore. The position involves hands-on stock management, barcode generation, and readiness for retail deployment across stores and online platforms.

You will process online orders, update product listings, and prepare various sales and inventory reports while supporting seasonal campaigns and collaborations with logistics, retail, design and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business, Logistics or related fields.
• Experience in fashion merchandising, inventory or retail operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Shopify POS, Stocky, Katana or similar inventory systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming stock and ensure accurate stock receiving.
• Generate product barcodes and prepare merchandise for retail deployment.
• Coordinate stock packing, tagging and labelling.
• Monitor inventory levels across retail stores and online channels.
• Arrange stock transfers, replenishment and store deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system.
• Process and monitor online orders for timely fulfilment.
• Update website product listings and product information.
• Prepare sales, inventory and merchandise reports.
• Support basic analysis of sales performance and stock trends.
• Assist with production orders, trim procurement and preparation.
• Coordinate with retail teams on merchandise presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Support collection launches, seasonal campaigns, sample sales, fairs and promotional events.
• Work closely with logistics, retail, design and marketing teams.
