Job summary

MULTIFLORA NOIBARA PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inventory & Merchandising Executive to manage stock across company outlets and warehouse in Singapore. You will conduct stock checks, monitor stock movement, and coordinate transfers to optimise inventory levels.

The role requires detail-oriented, analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to travel between locations. You will assist in promotional planning and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits across all company outlets and warehouse.
• Monitor stock movement, aging, turnover and inventory performance.
• Coordinate stock transfers between outlets to optimise inventory levels and reduce excess stock.
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly inventory reports for management review.
• Analyse inventory data and identify opportunities to improve stock efficiency and reduce inventory losses.
