Job summary

LAND EQUIPMENT PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Controller to manage warehouse stock, monitor movements, and ensure accuracy of records. You will perform daily inspections of incoming and outgoing machines and spare parts, and reconcile data between systems and physical counts.

The role requires coordinating with requesters, maintaining schedules, and conducting annual stock takes, with a focus on accuracy and pace in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory and stock movements to maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate with requesters and confirm / schedule / record transactions.
• Perform annual stock takes and reconcile counts between in-house system and physical stock.
• Conduct daily visual inspections of incoming/outgoing machines and spare parts.
• Data entry for stock movements and regular monitoring of inventory levels.

• Experience in Order Management and Inventory Control.
• Responsible for inventory management with aim of improving the integrity and accuracy of inventory at all times.
• Day to day visual inspection on incoming / outgoing machines and spare part.
• To coordinate with Requesters and order confirmation / schedule / record maintaining.
• Inventory reconciliation between in-house tracking system and the physical counts.
• Perform annual stock take accurately and timely.
• Monitor and track inventory movement to maintain healthy stock level
• Need to perform data entry for stocks movements.

Job Requirements

• Experienced in warehouse inventory management and manage stock movement, at least 2 years relevant experience
• Possess initiative and be results-oriented.
• Good proficiency in Excel
• Resourceful with good organising skills
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and under pressure
• Self-motivated, independent and a fast learner
• Meticulous and high accuracy in work assigned.
• Forklift license and Class 3 or Class 2 Driving License (preferred)
